Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads.
- Communicate confidently and build quick rapport
- Help customer choose the right insurance protection
- Learn sales skills, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Work toward required licensing (Property & Casualty + Life & Health)
- Maintain activity goals, track progress and stay consistent

Compensation $50,000-$95,000 per year
