Full-Time | Tucson, AZ | $50,000–$65,000 + Commission Potential
Nancy Craney State Farm is looking for a motivated, competitive, and outgoing Account Acquisition Specialist to help grow our agency by connecting with new customers and developing new business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working toward goals. Insurance experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads and prospective customers
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals
- Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Prepare quotes and confidently present coverage options
- Follow up consistently and work toward closing new accounts
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business Insurance
- Maintain daily activity and sales goals
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident making outbound calls and asking for the sale
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are a plus
- Willing to obtain required insurance licenses
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$65,000 annual compensation
- $5,000+ monthly earning potential
